Before the Test Drive starts, Stripe securely collects and sets up a card, but the Test Drive is free: it creates no charge and no subscription. You can get up to nine premium answers, subject to a fair-usage cap. It never auto-charges or automatically upgrades you. Your saved work remains available, and moving to a paid plan requires an explicit upgrade from you.
Yes. Billing runs through Stripe secure checkout and you can cancel from your account in one click, no questions asked. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
You can send a withdrawal declaration within 14 days from the contract date. Lumi Pro is a digital service; unused prepaid credits and any usage are reviewed individually, with no automatic exclusion or deduction. Any refund due is made within 14 days of your notice using the same payment method. Cancelling future renewals is separate from withdrawing a purchase.
Usage includes chargeable input tokens, including your message and carried conversation history or context, plus output tokens. Files and extra model attempts can add usage, so longer chats, files, longer answers and retries vary the total. Standard weighting counts input and output 1x. Starter counts output 3x, including prepaid top-ups while Starter is active.
Monthly credits are used first. When they run out, nonexpiring prepaid credits are used next, or the monthly allowance renews at the next monthly renewal. Lumi needs enough remaining balance to start an answer.
Yes. Your sessions belong to your account alone, they are never published or shared with other users, and you can delete any saved session whenever you want.
