Last updated: September 26, 2026 These terms explain the rules for using One AI Guide and buying services offered through it. Please read them before using an account or placing an order. Product-specific checkout information and any additional terms shown with an offer form part of the agreement where applicable.
One AI Guide (the “Site”) is operated by LUMIVEX, the registered trade name of a Dutch sole proprietorship registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42078200. VAT number: NL005477939B36. Business and postal address: Randveen 60s, 2544 RP Den Haag, Netherlands.

By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use chat and AI conversation features. Where a feature asks you to confirm that you are an adult, this is a self-declaration only and is not identity or age verification. Do not misrepresent your age or use another person’s account without permission.
We aim to make descriptions, comparisons and editorial material useful and current, but tools, features, terms and prices offered by third parties can change. Information on the Site is general information, not legal, financial, medical, security or other professional advice, and is not a guarantee that a tool is suitable for your circumstances.
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue Site features for operational, safety or business reasons. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable and subject to applicable law.
You retain your rights in content you submit. For material that you choose to make public on the Site, you grant LUMIVEX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for as long as the material is permitted to remain available, to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and promote that submitted public material in connection with operating and promoting One AI Guide. This license does not transfer ownership and does not authorize unrelated commercial exploitation.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the material and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights. We may review, limit visibility of, remove or restrict material that appears unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive or inconsistent with these terms. You may contact us to ask for review of a moderation decision or appeal it; include the relevant page or content and reasons.
Submitting an idea, correction, tool suggestion or other private communication does not transfer ownership to us. You permit us to use it as reasonably needed to answer you, assess the suggestion, maintain the Site or make a correction. Do not submit confidential information unless a feature clearly requests it and explains the applicable handling.
AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable. They are generated assistance, not professional advice or a promise of results. Check important facts and decisions independently; you are responsible for deciding whether and how to use an output.
Only upload or enter information you are entitled to share. Avoid sensitive personal data, confidential business information, passwords and information about other people unless you have an appropriate legal basis and the feature is specifically suitable. Files and prompts may be processed by service providers needed to provide the feature, under their applicable terms and privacy information. Do not assume that a provider will keep content confidential or that it will not be used to operate or improve its service; consult the relevant provider terms and our Privacy Policy.
Where we make an API or Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface available, it is read-only unless we explicitly document otherwise. Use it fairly, respect rate limits and technical instructions, keep access credentials private, and do not disrupt, overload, scrape around controls, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its providers.
When redistributing information retrieved through an interface, preserve attribution and links where provided, identify One AI Guide as the source, and do not misrepresent the material as your own editorial work. Access methods, limits and availability may change or be withdrawn; we may restrict access to protect the service, users or data.
Academy Pass and Lumi Pro are subscription products. Available billing periods, included features, renewal date, charge amount and currency are shown in the applicable offer and checkout. Depending on the offer, Academy Pass may be monthly or annual; Lumi Pro may be monthly, quarterly or semiannual and may include a starter offer. An eligible Academy Pass offer may include a seven-day trial. Trial eligibility, duration, billing start and any conditions are shown with that offer; do not assume every account or purchase qualifies.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the period shown unless cancelled before the next renewal takes effect. Manage cancellation through the account or billing portal; Academy Pass may also be cancelled in the account where that control is provided. Unless applicable law or the offer says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and paid access generally continues through the already-paid period. Lumi Pro includes Academy access only while and to the extent stated in the current offer; do not assume every course or feature is included.
Lumi credits are prepaid units for the applicable Lumi features. The amount, use and balance are presented in the relevant product interface or offer. Prepaid credits do not expire, subject to use for the features for which they were issued and the remaining balance; they are not a subscription and do not renew automatically. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed except where required by law.
Sponsorship is a separate, one-time prepaid service. Available packages may be offered in 30-day units, including one, three, six or twelve units, as specified at checkout. Sponsorship buys the agreed visibility for the stated period; it does not guarantee clicks, sales, audience response, ranking in editorial results or any particular business outcome. Sponsorship placement and presentation are subject to the specific offer and our editorial and safety decisions.
The Site may link to third-party products, services, marketplaces or payment providers. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Unless an offer clearly identifies LUMIVEX as the seller, the third party is responsible for its product, fulfilment, support and applicable purchase terms. We do not control a third party’s service or promise its continued availability.
Before ordering, review the checkout for the exact product, billing period, price, currency, taxes, payment timing, renewal terms and any trial or other conditions. The checkout and order confirmation provide the details of your transaction and supplement the general description. They do not limit mandatory consumer rights or unilaterally change obligations already agreed. We do not state a fixed price in these terms because offers may vary.
Payment processing may be handled by an external payment provider under its terms.
You may cancel a recurring subscription as described above. Cancellation of future renewal is distinct from statutory withdrawal or termination rights. Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to exceptions and specific rules for services and digital content. For certain digital content or services, the right can be affected only where the legal requirements are met, including any required express prior consent and acknowledgement. These terms do not claim that a particular checkout currently collects such consent or acknowledgement, or that any consumer right has been waived.
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections. Contact us promptly if you wish to exercise a right or ask how it applies to your order. Any request will be considered under the applicable law and the facts of the transaction.
For billing questions, complaints or refund requests, contact oneaiguide@outlook.com or use the contact page and include your order details. We will review the request and respond in light of the offer, transaction and applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable rule.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, you remain responsible for your use of the Site and for complying with these terms.
We may update these terms prospectively. We will publish the revised version with a new update date and, where a change materially affects an existing paid service, give reasonable notice where required or practicable. Continued use after an effective update means the updated terms apply to future use; it does not remove rights that have already accrued.
Dutch law governs these terms, but a consumer who habitually resides in another country retains any mandatory protections that apply under the law of that country. This governing-law clause does not deprive that consumer of such protection or override any mandatory rules on competent courts or forums.
